Restorative Yoga Focused on the Low Back and Hips

Low back pain often stems from tightness in the hips. In this 40-minute class, we will focus on creating space in the hips to find a release in the lower back. Class will start with some light movement, so we can achieve full stillness and relaxation in some restorative postures. For this class you will need a few props:

  • 4 blankets or towels

  • Eye pillow or kitchen towel

  • 2 blocks (optional)
