Yoga for Peace and Bliss

In my very first yoga class, we did child's pose for the first 10 minutes.  That was a long time ago and it was all I needed.  I was hooked.  

My 23 year practice informs my teaching.  My devotion to yoga is a daily part of my life.  It is not something that I do, it's something that I am.  My practice and my teaching are two of my biggest passions and I enter the room with gratitude to have learned it and the ability to share it with you.

 There is an inner peace and bliss that lives in all of us.  We just need the tools to show us how to find it, hold it,  and live it.
