Restorative Yoga Focused on the Neck and Shoulders

One of the most common places we store tension in the body is in the neck and shoulders. Now more than ever time is spent texting and on the computer, hunched over with shoulders shrugged. This 50-minute restorative practice will focus on finding space and relief in the neck and shoulder area. For this class you will need a few props:

  • 2 yoga blocks or a few stacks of books

  • 3 blankets or towels

  • Eye pillow or kitchen towel

  • 2 bolsters or couch cushions/pillows
